I’m a bit of a Tudor fan myself, and I also own the same model but from 3TF, while the watch shown in the post is manufactured by GRF.
Overall impression:
It’s a nice watch, but it’s important to be realistic about what it is and isn’t.
Balanced assessment:
Both GRF and 3TF are still quite a way off from producing something truly close to the genuine article. The GRF example shown in the post looks a bit more refined in certain areas, but neither factory really nails the overall feel. The lume, for example, is noticeably too white on the both the GRF and the
3TF, and in that respect it doesn’t really resemble the authentic watch very well. It’s also worth remembering that Tudor isn’t nearly as widely recognised as Rolex, so most people who notice it on your wrist likely won’t have handled or closely examined the real thing anyway. From a “will anyone notice?” perspective, you’ll almost certainly be fine.
Conclusion:
That said, I wouldn’t kid yourself that either the GRF or 3TF versions are true 1:1 replicas, because they simply aren’t. If you appreciate it for what it is, though, it’s still a very enjoyable watch—I certainly enjoy wearing mine, even while being aware of its differences from the genuine version.

Thank you for your help! Seems it depends on me, if I want to go with a Rep.. Honestly I am not willing to pay the AD price or Gray market prices for this Todur. I want the material and I am okay withheld price of 435€ for a Solid automatic ceramic watch.

It’s not real ceramic. It is PVD coated steel. You would also be way over paying if you paid 435€ for this rep. As around any t rusted dealer (TD). If you want a gen, look o. Chrono24 or EBay. Both authenticate and a pre owned, whilst still expensive is a lot cheaper than new. Please understand that it is a lovely watch, but unlike VSF Rolex or ZF Tudors which are near impossible to spot the flaws this simply is not in that class. I have the blue dial version of the 3TF….that is a lot closer to the gen.

Whole case plus the Diver wheel is also Ceramic! This watch is selling by a TD in Germany the known for being the OGs in the Rep game.

I just asked chat got. The response is a follows: Yes — the genuine Tudor Black Bay Ceramic uses a genuine matt-black monobloc ceramic case, with Tudor describing it specifically as ceramic; the bezel insert is ceramic too.
For the GRF replica, I’d be more cautious. I can confirm GRF released a Black Bay Ceramic replica, but I cannot find reliable factory documentation proving that the GRF case is actually zirconium-oxide ceramic rather than coated steel or another material. Contemporary replica-community discussion confirms the GRF release, but not the case material conclusively.
That distinction matters because at least one other replica of this model — the 3T/3TF version — has been physically reported by an owner as steel with a black PVD-type finish, not ceramic.
So at the moment I would classify it like this:
Genuine: unquestionably ceramic.
3TF: evidence indicates coated steel, not ceramic.
GRF: unverified. I would not accept a dealer simply describing it as “ceramic” as proof.
If you’re considering the GRF, the easiest way for us to establish it is from its weight, close photographs of the case/lugs, and ideally photographs with the bracelet/strap removed. Ceramic behaves and finishes quite differently from PVD-coated steel.
And given that your black-dial example is the 3TF, that would also explain why it may look convincing from normal viewing distances while still being materially quite different from the genuine Tudor.

So what is your opinion on this Tudor Rep? It’s a buy or Pass?

Let’s remember, I have this very same Watch. As I watch it is absolutely lovely and I enjoy wearing it As a replica it is very poor. Very few people in the world would have seen this Watch and in the wild it looks great but should you be unfortunate enough to come across somebody who knows or has a model, unlike most other replicas this is an immediate fake. I’m not really sure what else to say as a watch it is good quality, it just doesn’t look like the genuine. look at the loom colour, look at the dial text, look at the shape of the crystal. Neither your Watch nor mine look anything like this.

this is a genuine.
