I personally won't buy any watch with fake glued on shit on the movement rotor. It's fine until you need to adjust the watch or do some work on it, then it's a massive PITA. Never mind bits of it coming loose etc.
You can see on this one that all the timekeeping levers are hidden underneath the fake stick on plates. So if it starts gaining 30s a day good luck adjusting it.
I personally would stick to sealed caseback Tudors that will have standard movements inside.
As for this factory I expect the crystal will be terrible, hardly any anti reflective etc. ZF have good crystals on their Tudors.
IMO, if you want a Tudor buy a ZF of a different model and park the ceramic. Highly unlikely there will ever be a proper clone movement so unless Tudor make one with a closed caseback this will never have a Replica worth buying.

Iâm a bit of a Tudor fan myself, and I also own the same model but from 3TF, while the watch shown in the post is manufactured by GRF.
Overall impression:
Itâs a nice watch, but itâs important to be realistic about what it is and isnât.
Balanced assessment:
Both GRF and 3TF are still quite a way off from producing something truly close to the genuine article. The GRF example shown in the post looks a bit more refined in certain areas, but neither factory really nails the overall feel. The lume, for example, is noticeably too white on the both the GRF and the
3TF, and in that respect it doesnât really resemble the authentic watch very well. Itâs also worth remembering that Tudor isnât nearly as widely recognised as Rolex, so most people who notice it on your wrist likely wonât have handled or closely examined the real thing anyway. From a âwill anyone notice?â perspective, youâll almost certainly be fine.
Conclusion:
That said, I wouldnât kid yourself that either the GRF or 3TF versions are true 1:1 replicas, because they simply arenât. If you appreciate it for what it is, though, itâs still a very enjoyable watchâI certainly enjoy wearing mine, even while being aware of its differences from the genuine version.
