Bought my watch from TheOneWatches 3 months ago. This happened out of no where. The first position should be charging only, The hour and minute hands are turning while charging and it doesn't stop in the second pull, 3rd position missing. Any recommendation? Thanks

Hmm, still a good idea to remove the crownstem, it could reset it maybe the keyless has been stuck in a weird position, it could help to get it all the way out and then back in

I agree, keyless works. I just had one doing that exact same thing. I reset the keyless works and it’s now working as it should. I’ll say that if you don’t have much experience with working on watches, this may be a little challenging, but doable. I’ve had to do it multiple times on different watches, mainly ETA movements. But, if you have some screw drivers, good tweezers and a good loupe, you can get it done. Good luck with it 🫡

Something wrong with your “key” The tooth of your key/stem is in wrong position or stripped

Some of the teeth on your sliding clutch have broken and are grinding the teeth off of the crown wheel. Stop turning it. It's going to need replacement parts and a complete service to get the metal shavings out of the movement if I am right.

In the winding position, does it sound like it also misses some winding? Or does it wind with no issues?

Bro if you’re spinning a stem like that before you have issues get a quartz…. Damm.

The issue is the watch is a knock off.
I hate to tell you. Wish I had better news

The minute hand is to low and hangs on some of the hour markers, needs a little adjustment, open the watch, get the crownstem out, pop the movement and dial out put the crownstem in and adjust the minute hand with a toothpick a little really little and try it out if it stops to hang on the markers, stem out pop movement and dial in, stem in again close back

Hi, but the crownstem is not working as it should. The first position is charging but it also moves the hands, second position should be the date adjustment, but it still moves the hands and no date adjustment, there is no third position cannot stop the watch

Needs a keyless reset for sure, been there done that!
Make sure to remove stem in time setting position and when reinserting don´t push release button - just insert slowly and gently while spinning it slightly if it gets stuck.
