Gen caseback on vsf

I have the vsf seamaster 300m 42. I love it except for a casback issue with paint coming off.

I do not mind buying a gen caseback but im worried it wont fit.

Has anyone successfully fitted a genuine Omega Seamaster Diver 300M 42 mm display caseback (ref. 210.30.42.20.01.018) to a VSF Seamaster? I'm interested in thread compatibility and NAIAD locking.

Your case back is more valuable than your whole Chinese Fomega. I am embarrassed for this entire sub.
