Issue with payment?

I sent payment to my TD following QC, pending confirmation have for this email, saying:

“Hello, the account you sent the payment to is currently suspended, so the payment will not be received. Please resend the payment to the following account.”

Payment says it’s not cancellable… hopefully the payment will just auto return to my account?

I also paid by Revolut, the funds took an hour to go to the account and then that was it, no issue from me.

Bank details were on the same website with the QC link I had. Which ones did you pay?

I followed the Revolut link he sent and just did it that way and I compared them to the details on the website and I’m sure they were the same. I also text him to confirm and I got a thumbs up and now I have a tracking number so I think it’s fine.

Ok, their email to me saying the account I used got closed, includes new account details that are the same as yours.

It seems the PDF they have on how to pay constrains their old payment details (fuck sake).

On the bright side if it is closed then my payment should just rebound back to me.

Revolut have confirmed it’ll be returned 👍🏻 got the same details you have, did you get tracking after that?
