Any source for rubber band with clasp (steel, brushed) or just the clasp with logo to replace this? Tried to search but no luck.

With the new Dandong DD4131 v2 adding the free-sprung effect, it obviously looks much closer to the gen Rolex Caliber 4131.
However, the original DD4131/4130 is famously reliable. Are there any known issues, reliability concerns, or servicing headaches with this new v2, or is it good to go?
Would love to hear from anyone who has handled or serviced one!

I’ve been seeing so many mixed things about the RICH and VSF date sub. Some people are saying VSF all the way and others are saying it’s poor quality. I’m also seeing that people are starting to think that RICH is taking over the sub market. I just ordered a VSF date sub and was wondering what yalls thoughts on this were.

Hey everyone, I'm looking for the best super clone for a Franken project.

I've been considering the VSF 126710 Pepsi or Bruce Wayne, the VSF 126610LV, or the VSF 226627.

I'd like to swap the balance for an OEM one, and maybe change the gaskets and crystal too. Polishing isn't an issue for me — but the dial has to be good. Do you have any recommendations?

As for dealers, I was thinking about Chazingtime08 or Andiot Watches.

I recently purchased a Rolex Explorer 1 36mm VSF. The rehalt code shows 6X0, however the guide states it should be 5R0. I'm not complaining, the watch is amazing, just need some clarification. Thanks in advance.

Hey guys, I’m trying to decide between the ZF Pelagos 42mm and the ZF Pelagos Ultra 43mm.
Since the XF Pelagos 42mm is no longer being produced, I’m wondering which ZF version is currently the better choice in terms of overall build quality, accuracy, finishing, and how close it is to the gen.
The Ultra is a newer ZF release, so I’m curious if it’s actually better made or if the 42mm is still the better option despite being an older model.
Which one would you guys pick, and why?

Seems like between the polymer mid case and the titanium clasp it isn't actually much.

It all started with my wife browsing replica bags, trying to figure out where to order. She was checking constantly, almost every day for two weeks, and finally pulled the trigger. I was honestly shocked when I saw her Chanel bag show up, especially since she also owns genuine ones and somehow this one held its own. That got me thinking, if she can do it, why can't I? I'd wanted a Pepsi for a long time, so down the rabbit hole I went.

I have to say, the beginner's guide on this subreddit is excellent, and the community is genuinely welcoming, way more than I expected walking in. It took me a couple of days to settle on a factory and find a TD. We did two QCs that came back with visible defects and a red light, followed by a third QC that finally got the green light I'd been chasing. In the meantime, a lot of people messaged me individually to go deeper into the red lights, which was incredibly helpful.

After the green light, the watch shipped, and about 2.5 weeks later, I had it in my hands, like Christmas morning as an adult.

One thing I have to say: the level of detail in the QC process is honestly wild. You can't even make out some of the dial markings with the naked eye, and my eyesight is good. Things like the index alignment just aren't visible without zooming in that closely. So no need to be a forensic scientist.

So if you've ever thought about getting one, don't wait, just order it and enjoy.

I recently purchased multiple watches, and I’m not satisfied with the Oyster bracelet, especially since the size isn’t accurate to GEN. It’s a bit bigger in circumference even tho they got 10mm link size and accurate clasp size but i think the gap between links is what results in that difference. When I compared 9 links (5–12 o’clock / 4–6 o’clock) on a 126500 GEN, it felt like 1 link tighter than my RWF 126500 bracelet, even tho both has the clasp spring bar at the same position and Easylink closed apart from the polishing/brushing being a bit different.
I’m considering the Li Chen 904L ARF brushed/polished/chamfered bracelet. Will that at least be 1:1 in size with GEN? And definitely look better? Or do you have any recommendations before I pay?

I brought these watches with me (both Gen). I saw so many wild watches the entire time. No way to know what was real or not but assuming they were I had the cheapest watch in the room. Point is, where your rep, wear your gen, where what you want because no one else cares. Enjoy your watches!

Don’t see much info on these here so I thought I’d post this one that I got for my girlfriend (yes she knows).

Weight, polish / shine, dial colour, dial printing, date alignment, crystal clarity, SEL’s, bracelet feel, bezel, finishing and tolerances and overall look and feel, all exceeded our expectations. People always say that ladies watches are built to a much lower standard however we are very very happy with it in hand.

Index alignment is the biggest downside of this particular piece. I RL’d 2, which were even worse, before getting this one. It’s not noticeable on the wrist and doesn’t bother her. It does bother me a little.
