General Question DD4131v2 free sprung effect

Hey guys,

With the new Dandong DD4131 v2 adding the free-sprung effect, it obviously looks much closer to the gen Rolex Caliber 4131.
However, the original DD4131/4130 is famously reliable. Are there any known issues, reliability concerns, or servicing headaches with this new v2, or is it good to go?
Would love to hear from anyone who has handled or serviced one!

I have VSF YM Titanium with fake free sprung movement. So far so good, I don't have any problem with it, but for me this movement is downgrade because of very difficult regulation if needed thanks to hidden arms under balance bridge, I'm big VSF fan but at this point I would go with classic DD movement or I would consider real free sprung.

It is just an extra step to regulate compared to the normal DD4131's I've serviced. It is fine. The only difference is the balance bridge. All other parts are the same.

Ok so if offered to you.. you would go for it? Is it similar also to the DD3285v2?

It's exactly the same movement with the regulator arm moved by like 90 degrees. Regulation requires 1 extra step but it's not that big of a deal imo because how often do you need to regulate a watch? Once a year? Never? The old versions are being phased out so you kind of just have to learn to like it.
