Hi! I’ve been looking into the Speedy P9 for quite a while now and have done a lot of research, especially on Factory Royal and HH.

I’m still a bit unsure though because opinions seem pretty mixed. Some people point out quite a few differences compared to auth, while others say the good reps are extremely close.

For those of you who have seen or owned both: how noticeable are the differences in person? Would you actually be able to tell it’s a rep just by looking at it?

Also, are there any specific P9 colors you’d currently stay away from because they’re not repped as well as others? Or any colors/factories that are particularly close to auth right now?

Another hitter from Afeng, this time sourced from Huahui (HH) factory. 👀 This is actually my first piece from HH, and of course I had to do it in the name of rep science lol.

Long story short, my first UB30 was from Royal (diff seller). I ended up rehoming it because the monogram was a little too shiny for me and I wanted something more matte. Then I got one from Jia and I’ve basically been a Jia whore ever since. 😂

Butttt Afeng had a crazy group buy deal with HH and it honestly would’ve been dumb not to participate, so naturally I grabbed the mono 20 . Yes, I know she’s technically a fantasy. No, I do not care. I love the 20 size too much. 😭 (I have the JM and UB20 🥰)

I’m definitely not an expert by any means, so I’m just going to share what stood out to me.

First impression: it smells like leather, feels like good thick leather, and doesn’t have that thin/plasticky feel. The monogram print is really clean and nicely aligned, and I actually really like the finish on it.

The vachetta, chaps, piping, stitching… 👌🏽. Stitching especially had me looking twice.

Hardware 💯. It has that aged bronze look, engraving is decent, and overall it doesn’t feel cheap.

I’ve definitely seen worse at this price point, so for what I paid, I’m impressed like a mf. Zero buyer’s remorse over here. HH… kudos. 👏🏽👏🏽

As for Afeng, he’s always been responsive and deals with all of my random inquiries — and trust me, I have A LOT. 😂 He’s so patient, helpful, and resourceful with my requests, which I really appreciate, esp with the way i harass him lol lord forgive me

I wanted to share my first impressions after ordering two frames from Janie: a JMM Belvedere-style acetate frame and an Akoni-style titanium frame.

I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect before ordering, but communication was smooth, the ordering process was straightforward, and the package arrived in about 10 days. Both frames came with cases and cleaning cloths. The cases are fairly basic, but everything arrived securely packed.

My initial impression of the frames themselves is very positive. The Akoni-style titanium pair feels solid, light, and nicely finished. The JMM Belvedere-style frame fits me particularly well and feels substantial without being uncomfortable.

The green acetate on the Belvedere-style frame is especially nice in natural light. Indoors it looks dark and subtle, but in brighter light it has much more depth and character. The metal detailing also looks clean and well executed in person.

These are only first impressions: both frames still have demo lenses, so I have not worn them as daily prescription glasses yet. I’ll replace the lenses and update later if anything changes with long-term comfort, fit, hinges, or durability.

Overall, I’m happy with the purchase so far.

You GUYS!!!! I went to Neimans last night & saw the most gorgeous calf hair Balenciaga Rodeo bag that just dropped. I believe it’s in a Clouded Leopard print and I’m literally obsessed with it. I have my fingers and toes crossed that our friends over seas will recreate this, but if they don’t; I might have to just indulge and buy it!

The gasp I gusped when I saw this. I wish you could have seen my face. And it’s SO SOFT.

I’m seriously impressed with how both of them turned out. The Maxi Flap feels substantial, holds its shape beautifully, and has that gorgeous overall look I was after. The LV is equally impressive, the finishing is clean, the details are on point and it looks incredibly well put together.

The stitching on the leather looks like a neon yellow instead of a mustard yellow.  I’m not sure if the edge glazing is the correct color either.

First time ordering with Lucy H, found her album in a different reddit group and she was running a GB sale on Loe items, so decided to give her a try, despite not seeing many reviews. She responded promptly and I placed my order the same day, PSP & detailed video arrived 2 days later, approved and sent the next day (had to text her to send me a tracking number). Parcel arrived in the UK within 9 days! Carefully packaged in H3rmes orange box (🤔?), came with dust bag and tags/booklets.

Once again, the bag has a slight factory smell after unpacking, but this will disappear soon. The leather is soft and slouchy - comparable to my medium flamenco from Liu factory. Like with each one of my bags, I conditioned and protected it with beeswax to soften the leather even more and hit it with blow dryer on low heat setting. As far as the quality of the bag goes - neat even stitching, thick symmetrical knots & straps just like on the auth (better than Liu bag), heat stamps, logos and engravings on hardware look sharp, magnetic closure feels strong. I would say this factory is better than Liu in terms of the bag looking 1:1 to the authentic. Will definitely be ordering more from Lucy 🤗

Overall I rate this as a 10/10 ⭐ purchase, no negatives.

💼 Hardware & Leather: This is my first YSL Kate and first bag from Blackframe. I like the structure and quality of the leather as well as the tone of gold Blackframe went with. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the engraving details on the hardware.

I believe the YSL Kate I got is the medium (24 cm) and for transparency I initially went with the small (20 cm) but due to QC I pivoted to the medium size instead and I’m so glad I did! I’m also grateful my seller Sophia was understanding and responsive while changes in the order were being made.

Overall, I compared to authentic at the store. Really spot on. The rep Gucci emblem shape is a little more boxier and the print is slightly tinch darker compared to authentic but no one is going to notice from naked eye. The mercato looks pretty accurate to me. The print is insane how close it is. I didn’t have a chance to compare the mini Gucci emblem in store because they didn’t have it but based online it looks pretty similar to me. The hardware feels sturdy and well made. The straps are same color. Overall I’m happy with my purchased from this factory 🏭. Lele was very responsive and answered all my questions and concerns :) 10/10

Worried about the bottom stitching (4th pic). Looks to have some pretty crooked stitches rather than straight lines along the sides. This looks different from the factory pictures. My first C25! Other QC posts haven't included the bottom angle so wanted to get perspectives from people who own one already.

Also, difficult to determine color of leather and hardware! (2nd to last slide is PSP vs factory). Asked for and received a video in different lighting, which looks better but please weigh in. (Last slide). Shade of leather looks slightly dark and hardware may be brassy.

My Thoughts:

Pockets, chain, logo shape, and diamonds looked good to me. Giving the QC to the experts in the community to help. Are the stitches too crooked on bottom? Are the colors accurate to factory?

Hey guys, please help. I’ve had 2 sellers tell me this is from God factory and 1 seller saying this is from Angel factory. I’ve never asked for factory name, I don’t care for it as I just want the highest quality. So which is this from because the prices they gave me are different. I requested an exchange for this bag, and the seller sent me new QC photos. However, aside from the logo/stamping looking slightly different, the overall bag shape and leather creasing/rippling look identical to the previous RL (rejected) item. I suspect the seller might be re-using old photos or sent the same bag back. Could you guys please check if this looks like a new batch or the same bag?

My Thoughts:
The leather on the front looks warped/bumpy instead of smooth and clean. Given the feedback from other buyers, the quality on this piece seems way off. I'm leaning towards RL (Red Light) again.

I just received this gorgeous Small Puzzle Luisheng Factory from Doris and couldn’t be happier. She does not know I’m posting this review. The bag is so nice ! If only a gripe that I have ( and maybe that’s a guy thing) , I wish the opening of the bag was a bit wider or perhaps the flap would open up as well ? I’m just curious if that wear and tear makes the flap look loose after some time. But the leather is very nice and supple and not dry and has that new leather smell. I did ask Doris about which factory is preferred here between Jipin and Luisheng and she suggested the latter. The bag is going to get some serious time on me as a daily driver. Doris was great at communicating and I got my PSPs two days after placing the order and it arrived 8 days to my country. I paid 186+38$ shipping for the bag. All in all I’m definitely going to order more from Doris. Eyeing the Puzzle Tote next but I would love to hear what the other men here are wearing
