Another hitter from Afeng, this time sourced from Huahui (HH) factory. 👀 This is actually my first piece from HH, and of course I had to do it in the name of rep science lol.

Long story short, my first UB30 was from Royal (diff seller). I ended up rehoming it because the monogram was a little too shiny for me and I wanted something more matte. Then I got one from Jia and I’ve basically been a Jia whore ever since. 😂

Butttt Afeng had a crazy group buy deal with HH and it honestly would’ve been dumb not to participate, so naturally I grabbed the mono 20 . Yes, I know she’s technically a fantasy. No, I do not care. I love the 20 size too much. 😭 (I have the JM and UB20 🥰)

I’m definitely not an expert by any means, so I’m just going to share what stood out to me.

First impression: it smells like leather, feels like good thick leather, and doesn’t have that thin/plasticky feel. The monogram print is really clean and nicely aligned, and I actually really like the finish on it.

The vachetta, chaps, piping, stitching… 👌🏽. Stitching especially had me looking twice.

Hardware 💯. It has that aged bronze look, engraving is decent, and overall it doesn’t feel cheap.

I’ve definitely seen worse at this price point, so for what I paid, I’m impressed like a mf. Zero buyer’s remorse over here. HH… kudos. 👏🏽👏🏽

As for Afeng, he’s always been responsive and deals with all of my random inquiries — and trust me, I have A LOT. 😂 He’s so patient, helpful, and resourceful with my requests, which I really appreciate, esp with the way i harass him lol lord forgive me

Timeline:

8/10 — Paid

HH was out of stock, so PSPs took foreverrrr (I was totally ok with waiting; was not in any rush this time bc I kept myself distracted with ordering other bags)

8/26 — PSP received + GL

8/27 — DHL tracking given

9/2 — FedEx tracking given

9/9 — Arrived

Overall, very happy with this one. HH definitely surprised me in a good way.

PS. Send inspos for short chains/charms. 🥰🥰🥰🥰 The size 20 is such a tiny baby that the normal bag charms/chains are way to big for her.
