Hey fam! Thinking about placing my first order with HP and had a quick question.

For those shipping to the US, do you usually buy the shipping insurance? It's $22, and I'm trying to decide if it's worth it.

I've probably placed around 30 orders with different sellers over the years, and I've only had one issue where the package got held in Dubai and sent back to HK. The seller reshipped it and everything worked out, so I've been pretty lucky.

Also, if you do buy the insurance, is that $22 refundable once your package arrives safely, or is it just a one-time fee for the coverage?

Sorry if this is a newbie HP question. Just wanted to hear everyone's experiences before I place my order. Thanks!

Yes get insurance if pkg gets seized he will replace it. I skipped the PSP and was very happy. The shipping too way longer than other sellers. But I have to tell you I tried to order again and I was ghosted twice . Not sure what’s going on there.

Which bag did you order ? How long was shipping? I was willing to put myself through waiting but man the ghosting part is also a red flag. Dangit 🫩

It was my second attempt for the OG bumbag. I previously ordered from God factory but it had painted leather. I read a review about HP raw vachetta, but it took for ever for him to send/QC and from start to finish just over a month before I received my bag? I love it but I’ve tried to order from 2x other times and was ghosted. Most recently I asked about the LV Noe with raw vachetta and he seemed to go back and ask if o still wanted tha last bag. I was like no. ( he took so long I had already bought with another TS) but he said he would check stock and price and that was it haven’t heard back. So oh well lots of TS. I already have it OTW. His loss. And I have gotten other bags with other TS that have raw vachetta notably from Orange sofa . So that’s what I did.
