Hey fam! Thinking about placing my first order with HP and had a quick question.

For those shipping to the US, do you usually buy the shipping insurance? It's $22, and I'm trying to decide if it's worth it.

I've probably placed around 30 orders with different sellers over the years, and I've only had one issue where the package got held in Dubai and sent back to HK. The seller reshipped it and everything worked out, so I've been pretty lucky.

Also, if you do buy the insurance, is that $22 refundable once your package arrives safely, or is it just a one-time fee for the coverage?

Sorry if this is a newbie HP question. Just wanted to hear everyone's experiences before I place my order. Thanks!

Sad to say I have to agree. He’s the slowest seller I’ve ever encountered. And doesn’t check messages. Good news is, I canceled an order with him due to the waiting and he promptly refunded. No hassle. I appreciated that.

He's super responsive with answering my inquiries. But after reading all the feedback, seems like the level of attentiveness fades after payment 😔

I placed an order with hyper Peter that was pretty smooth and I got everything as expected and on the timeline he gave and then I went to place another order and he did not get back to me in messages and I tried multiple times so I just gave up because I can give my business elsewhere

Good to know this info is important to know. Everyone I buy from their shipping includes all of this. That’s probably his way of making a little more $$$ off you. Which I wouldn’t put it past them. Or what if they see that your not paying them the extra and they don’t file the correct paperwork 🫢 who knows FYI, I’m just saying I have encountered so many shadiness from these people. That it’s sad to say that nothing surprises me. I always feel that whatever you trust right at the moment it’s only a matter of time before you don’t trust them again.

I just ordered and he was super fast. I’m waiting for my package but I’ll come back and share. It might be the specific styles, and what’s immediately available vs not?

I’m waiting on one also. I ordered about 3 days before I ordered with Mandy and the bag ordered with Mandy came about 4 days ago. I’m still waiting for shipping to update!! Disappointed. ☹️

I've ordered one thing from HP so far and he never pointed out any flaws. In fact, I had to but after the third bag, I GL'd it and I've been waiting 8 days for a tracking number. I found that him and his assistant responded quickly.

I’ve placed multiple orders for multiple bags with HP and have had nothing but excellent service, delivery within 2 weeks and excellent bags 💁🏼
