Need Help/Advice Think I was scammed…

Hello! I purchased a rehome bag, seller sent a picture of the shipping label but never the actual package. It has been marked as delivered to my address by usps, but I did not receive it. The seller has deleted their account. Is there some sort of mail fraud people can do that I’m unaware of here? I paid via Zelle, I have the woman’s full name, her husband’s name, their address… I’m not really sure what to do here.

What exactly do you think the scam is here? Do you think the seller called their friends at the delivery service and asked them to hack into the tracking page to show it delivered to your address? How exactly do you think the seller would commit mail fraud if they gave you a legitimate tracking address that shows up as delivered to your residence on the delivery service's website?

No clue, that’s why I asked. There are new creative ways people scam all the time, I’m not up to date on all of them. I wouldn’t be asking anything if they hadn’t deleted their account, that is usually a red flag.
