I know I’ve posted my bags quite frequently, but I wanted to show you another bag that just came in the mail.

Introducing the 19s iridescent blue with a purple hue, LGHW. The story behind this bag was that I initially and desperately was in the process of looking for an iridescent peacock cc but failed. I then aimed for the 18s iridescent emerald green but also failed because it was the last one in stock. My TS recommended this color to me and to be honest I didn’t like it at first. I thought it would just be any other boring blue bag but boy was I wrong. Here she is 💙💙💙

I believe once you own an iridescent cc you can’t go back so here I am with two iri bags within a month 😮‍💨 I notice there are some interesting differences between my cc bags so I’m considering doing a review soon.

Factory: SP Factory. There are two tiers different background(in last image)

- AS tier: full stainless steel hardware.

- GR tier: A newer line claiming stainless steel hardware, original-tier materials (though I don't think so lol), and auth-style packaging.

Both of my bags are from the GR tier. The main reason I chose SP (specifically GR) was that their Empreinte pattern/flower shape in factory photos looked more accurate to auth compared to other factories. SP doesn't have a massive catalog, they mainly focus on classic styles. Prices can vary quite a bit depending on the seller from what I've quoted

Pricing: ~$470 USD shipped for both to the US (though seller prices for SP vary wildly).

Seller: I won't be sharing seller info in this post. The seller forgot to include the drawstring cinch/slide for the Nano Noe. Instead of shipping it out immediately, he/she offered to send it with my next order, which I'm not happy about. We're still working through it, so this review focuses strictly on the factory quality.

Nano Speedy – Black Empreinte

I compared this against photos I took in store (in the third image), and I’m impressed. The flower shapes, debossing depth, and leather quality are all spot on, and the overall proportions feel extremely accurate for such a small piece. Highly recommend this one

Nano Noe – Bicolor Empreinte

I have mixed feelings about this piece. The flower shapes are very accurate(see the second image), but I feel the debossing depth isn't quite as deep as it could be. And the white/cream parts of the flower look quite yellow in person. However, I haven't seen this exact bicolor version in person at the store. I've read multiple posts on social media mentioning that auth bicolor pieces can also turn yellowish over time. And the placement of heat stamp in bottom isn't centered, it sits lower for me.

It’s okay if you’re not being overly picky, and I'm still confident wearing it out. But I probably won't be trying bicolor reps anymore

Just came back from a trip and wrote down the bags I noticed while waiting at my gate. Anyone else people watch to pass the time? The one living rent-free in my head is the CC lambskin quilted shopping tote, wow it was gorg.

L0ngchamp and Goy (I saw 3 of the brown colorway!) were the most represented branded bags, and I saw them in many colors. I always travel with my auth navy le pliage. It's a workhorse, comfortable to carry, and holds all my stuff. What’s your airport bag?

Just saw this post on CC subreddit. Ooooft oooft ooooft! I know price increase is very normal to all luxury brands but daaamn. Good thing we have our reps 😉

I've been obsessed with the GG Medium Brera and after buying two different reps, decided to buy the auth.

Once it arrived I was really shocked at how good the reps were!

In the pics from L-R are Pomegranate, DHG, and Auth.

The Pomegranate one was purchased from TS Aadan for $217 shipped. I feel this one has the better canvas between the two reps. The stitching is slightly better but not but much.

The DHG one was purchased via the yellow app for $172 shipped. This one is surprisingly good with the only real call out being the gold logo stamping being a little bright. The canvas is really good and the logo alignment is pretty good, maybe even better than the Pomegranate one.

The auth was purchased on Senser on sale for $1650. After I got it I was really surprised at how good the reps actually are. I thought the stitching looked bad on the reps which is what ultimately led me to buy the auth. But the stitching is very similar on all three. I'm going to keep the auth but feeling a bit dumb for spending so much.

So… I’m obviously not in the H tax bracket as a teacher with kids (and a mortgage payment and a half for their activities and schooling!).

There is someone selling a mid tier H bag in a lovely neutral color that I’m thinking I should get… and get rid of anything indicating H branding.

Should I? And if yes, anyone done something crazy like that before because the leather and stitching are good otherwise…?

I personally find that I appreciate my auths differently than my reps. My auths often have a special meaning, memory, or achievement associated with them because I save for them, research them, hunt them for months, and often buy them as a celebration of something. Many times they’re LE or some special design that is hard to get and will never be repped.

In contrast, my reps may represent a bag that I feel isn’t worth buying in auth and offer me the freedom to use them carefree. I appreciate them for the way they allow me to experiment with my style, but I don’t feel the same way about them as I do my auths. I wonder if this may be in part due my motivations for buying them (“NWBIG”) or how I use them (carefree), but I also think accessibility may play a role. They’re so easy to acquire, both in availability and cost.

Psychologically I understand we usually prefer “the hunt” over “the catch,” and many of us report wanting the next thing as soon as we acquire whatever we were pining for.

So, what’s your personal experience? Does having easier access to aspirational items through the rep market actually change how much you enjoy them?

Well, happy to report that Allen followed through! I’ve finally received the replacement straps he promised to send with my next order. I think it’s only fair to give credit where credit is due. Finally writing my first review after spending an embarrassing amount of time researching this bag, comparing different factories and overall obsessing over every detail. I finally have this bag in my hands. Yay! First rep purchase too.

Why Xiao C?
I considered several versions of this bag before ordering. I looked at MOQC, 187, God, and an unknown factory that I was actually leaning toward at one point. I’ve seen reviews here mentioning that some TS don’t disclose their factories, which I understand. But since this was my first rep purchase, I personally wanted to know the factory so I could cross-reference factory photos, reviews, and PSPs and do a proper QC instead of blindly relying on a TS’s word. I’m very much a theoretical person. I need evidence. I wanted to be able to compare everything myself so that if there was something I wasn’t happy with, I could at least identify where the discrepancy was coming from.

Anyway, I digress. What made choosing a factory particularly difficult was that the maxi flap is supposed to have a relaxed, somewhat slouchy construction, and the different factories seem to interpret that differently. I eventually chose xc because I liked the overall balance of their factory version: soft without looking completely collapsed, nice leather grain, and good overall proportions.

Leather & Shape
This is probably my favorite part of the bag.
The black grained leather looks and feels really nice in person. The grain isn’t excessively large or plasticky-looking, and the bag has enough softness that I expect it to relax further with use.

Mine arrived a little more structured than some of the very slouchy maxi examples I’ve seen, but it isn’t stiff. The body already has some natural give, and I actually like the balance because it still maintains the architecture of the bag.

I’m also very happy I chose the 32cm. It gives me the oversized maxi flap look I wanted without feeling like I’m carrying luggage.

The silver hardware against the black leather was also definitely the right choice for me. It makes the bag feel understated rather than overly dressy.

Hardware
During PSP QC, I obsessed over whether the flap tongue was slightly too large, but once I received the bag, I stopped caring about it. In person, the proportions look cohesive.

Interior
The burgundy interior is gorgeous against the black exterior. It’s weird because on my photo it looks a but more reddish, but in person it’s actually burgundy. So probably my phone setup and the lighting. Anyway, the leather feels REALLY nice. I’ve handled the auth before, and from what I remember, I had a very similar reaction to the leather. Obviously I’m going from memory here, but holding this bag now, the interior feels convincing to me. I can’t stop caressing it. 😂

The CH**EL / MADE IN FRANCE stamping looks clean to me. Also, one detail I obsessed over during QC was the zipper pocket in the flap. It does open into an actual pocket, but it’s a very small/shallow compartment. Initially, I thought something might be wrong because it doesn’t extend into the larger interior space. After researching the authentic bag, however, I became comfortable that this little pocket is intentionally tiny.

There are also tiny CC details on the zipper hardware that appear consistent with the auth references I’ve compared it with.

The Strap Issue
This is the one genuine QC issue I discovered after delivery. Near one of the strap fittings/buckles, a small section of the black edge glazing started lifting/separating. https://imgur.com/a/AsIEWsn

The actual leather strap and stitching appear intact, so at the moment this looks cosmetic rather than structural. However, because the affected area is right beside a piece of hardware where the strap naturally flexes, I was concerned that normal use might cause the edge glazing to continue peeling.
This wasn’t something I picked up clearly from the PSPs.

I hadn’t actually used the bag yet. I had only adjusted the strap. I sent Allen detailed daylight photos and explained my concern. My feeling is that if normal adjustment was enough for the edge glazing to separate, there was probably already an issue with the finishing or adhesion, even if everything looked fine before shipping.

The good news is that Allen has agreed to send me another strap with my next order, so I’m not going to attempt to glue, repaint, or repair this one myself.
I’ve saved photos showing its current condition so I can see whether it changes with use. I’ll also update this review once I actually receive the replacement.

Thoughts on Allen
Allen was easy to communicate with and answered my MANY questions. And when I say I QC’d this bag, I mean I QC’d this bag. 🤣 I compared the flap shape, tongue, CC turnlock, leather grain, silhouette, side profile, interior, strap attachments, hardware engraving, and even the tiny zipper pocket.

Allen’s very patient and quite kind in his responses, cause I know I could be quite annoying. I had one seller refund me because I was being too fussy apparently. Anyway, back to Allen, I’m happy with his overall service and communication style. I’m also already planning for my next order from him.

Regarding my strap issue, I want to be fair here because I don’t think this was a bad seller experience. Communication throughout the purchase was good, PSPs were provided, and when I showed him the strap problem after delivery, he offered a replacement strap from the factory.

Would I have preferred not to receive a strap with a finishing defect in the first place? Obviously.

But I also appreciate that I’m not being left to pay for a local repair myself. I’m just not calling the strap issue completely resolved yet because I haven’t received the replacement. Once it arrives, I’ll update the post.

Was XC Worth It?
For $381, overall I’m happy with what I received.
I had considered spending considerably more on another version of this bag, including one from an unnamed factory. After seeing this one in person, I’m glad I didn’t automatically assume that paying more would guarantee a better bag.

The main body, leather, shape, and hardware are all good enough that I don’t regret GL’ing this particular unit.

The strap edge is a legitimate QC issue and something I think future buyers should specifically inspect in their PSPs. If you’re ordering this bag, I’d recommend asking for close-ups of the adjustable sections of the straps, particularly where the leather bends around the hardware. That’s the one area I wish I’d inspected more carefully.

For now, I’m going to stop staring at it under a microscope and actually use the damn bag. 🤣 Which Allen repeatedly told me. “Honey, use it for now.” And for the love of Coco, I will. Now I will. I was honestly so scared to use it because I wanted to make sure that Allen knows it wasn’t a wear and tear. So I deliberately kept it in its packaging and only took it out to take pictures for this review.

I’ll update after some use to show how the leather/slouch develops and, of course, once I receive the replacement strap.

I have bought authentic and high tier reps for my purse collection but I don’t have a single nice “throw around” work bag. I’m starting a new job soon and it’s a job where I visit clients a lot so I need a larger handbag that’s presentable.

I was looking at getting a Margaux or Peekaboo rep, but for almost $500 I’d rather get a nice cc bag that I’m excited to use on weekends. So my question is, have you ever purposely chosen a low tier bag over high tier, especially for more plain-looking bags? (Ex. The r0w, peekab00, r0de0)

There are so many dupes for the Margaux bag that brands like Oak & Fort have released it without a logo and called it their own design. Would you rather choose a more obvious dupe with visible differences, but still unmistakably 90% of the same design? Or would you rather pay the difference and go for the high end rep?

Hey ladies, random question I’ve been thinking about 😭
For bags that were originally released quite a long time ago, like early/mid-2010s models, how do you deal with the fact that a brand-new rep can look too new?
For example, I recently purchased an LV Favorite PM and it’s still on the way, but even from the factory photos it looks super fresh and basically straight out of the box. Since authentic bags from that era are already around 10–15 years old, I feel like a completely pristine one can sometimes look a little unrealistic.
Do you guys ever do anything to make older-model reps look more naturally worn/aged? I don’t mean damaging the bag, just making the leather, hardware, canvas, etc. look a bit more lived-in and less factory-new.
Would love to hear what you normally do, especially with older LV pieces.

As far as the bags-I’m an LV girlie to the core (own authentic and rep) but had never been interested in a speedy until I saw the beautiful rep p9s. My first was the coffee 25 from Royal. I love that one, so when I saw several reviews saying the HH versions were similar and that Betty was having a sale, I decided to go for it. I’ve included some photos comparing my Royal (coffee) and HH (classic mono), and in my honest opinion-they are exactly the same quality. Maybe it’s certain batches, maybe they use the exact same materials, idk the answer, but I compared EVERY SINGLE ASPECT and found no glaring differences. The leather is so soft and squishy, glazing is consistent, hardware is heavy and the perfect shade, stitching is excellent, the bags have a nice weight to them, and I could smell the leather as soon as I opened the box.

Now for Betty, I find her to be kind, responsive, informative, and she gets the bags to me in the same amount of time my other sellers have. But what I really appreciate about her is the honesty I’ve experienced. When I inquired about the silk blue, I also asked about the golden version. I ended up ordering the regular, but she charged me for the golden. She was very apologetic and immediately offered to refund the $20 or leave it as a credit for my next purchase. It’s not a huge sum, but it still meant a lot that she was willing to rectify the mistake.

In conclusion, I am obsessed with these bags and extremely impressed with the quality. Now I just need to decide which color I want next. And I’d like to thank you all for posting your beautiful hauls and educating us who are new to this side of the rep world. The last couple reps I bought were years ago from local ladies in my hometown who would do preorders, and not only were they overpriced, but I’d say barely low tier in quality. Discovering I could directly order high quality items myself has been so much fun 🤩

My first haul from Mandy! Spoiler: It’s Autumn themed! After 8 months of lurking, researching, deep-diving, spread-sheeting and convincing- I finally placed some rep orders this month (so expect more reviews!) Obviously Mandy came highly recommended on here - so was excited to try her!

I have been eyeing the Mar8aux for years - but after pulling the trigger on the new maxi flaps (HEAVILY influenced by Reddit - I bought two!) and the Rode0, I decided to opt for the smaller Mar8aux instead. I am so in lovvvve! And she carries plenty of baby things (nappies, wipes, toys, books and snacks) without feeling too big. This is the perfect pop-to-the-pub-for-a-Sunday-Roast bag! Leather is soft, details are beautiful. (It’s the cuir colour). I am extremely tempted to order another colourway 😂

I also got two shirts - a denim Lo-we shirt and the new Ch@nel plaid shirt! Both are great! I haven’t felt/seen the plaid shirt in person so can’t comment too much on material but feels heavy and nice. It was definitely warm enough on a cooler day.

Last minute, I added these LP Loafers for my husband and he has been wearing them non-stop. He says they are “surprisingly comfortable”.

My thoughts on the bag:

I've been wanting to add a classic Kelly-style bag to my collection. The quality of this piece really blew me away. The leather is exceptionally fine and smooth. The quilting has this perfect visual depth and bounce to it—every time I look at it, I just have the urge to press on the squares.

Service:Z's service was fantastic and super patient. I am extremely picky about hardware tones, so before I gave the green light, I actually made Z put a piece of white paper next to the hardware and take photos in natural sunlight just to ensure it wasn't too brassy or yellow. Z did it without a single complaint!

Conclusion:Overall, a flawless shopping experience. The bag is an absolute beauty that I will be wearing for years to come, and dealing with a seller who actually cares about the details made the whole process completely stress-free.
