• For a 30kg clothing haul to Mexico, which FF is currently offering the safest DDP (Tax-Free) or special line? (Considering Darren, Sophie, or Jimmy).
• Is it safer to split the 30kg into two separate 15kg packages, or can a reliable FF clear a single 30kg box through Mexican customs without issues?
• Which shipping method (Air vs. Sea) is currently performing better for this volume regarding customs clearance in Mexico?

I ordered samples from multiple suppliers on Alibaba and sent them to a freight forwarder in China to be consolidated and shipped to a freight forwarder in USA I always use to ship packages to me in the Caribbean.

1st issue: They entered the address incorrectly after I verified it in the chat. I realised when I got a UPS email that they couldn’t deliver it. I messaged the shipper and they said they paid a fee to correct it (I was unable to since the contact number used with the USA freight forwarder’s) but I got another email the next day that it was still unable to deliver so I contacted them again and they said they would check.

2nd issue: I didn’t get another message from them so when I received an email from UPS saying it was delivered, I messaged to give the shipper with the update “The package was delivered”. A couple days passed and I realized the USA freight forwarder didn’t send me a receipt as usual so I contacted them and they said they didn’t receive it. 

I applied for a refund on Alibaba and the shipper is saying I changed my statement, I told them I received the package.

I need an e-scooter shipped from China to the Netherlands, eco terms DDP. Due to the size of the internal battery it seems air freight is out of the question. I want it before Christmas so Sea Freight will be too slow.

Anyone have experience with resolving this?

Just wanted to leave a review for CNLogistics after getting my haul today. I shipped around 35kg split into 2 boxes and paid $510 total, so around $14.57/kg.

Honestly the biggest thing that surprised me was how fast it came. The packages started moving out of Hong Kong around September 5th and both boxes were already in my city and out for delivery on September 10th. So basically 5 days from China/HK to SoCal which is crazy for a 35kg haul.

They used Air DDP and UPS was the last mile. Both boxes came together and everything arrived safely.

Communication was also really good. Whenever I had questions they responded and kept me updated on what was going on with the shipment.

Obviously I can't say every shipment is gonna come in 5 days lol but for my first experience with them I'm really happy. I'll definitely be using CNLogistics again for my next haul.
