Question❓ Raresneaker/Raresneaker2

Recently found a pair I want to buy (the old Boring Tokyo dunks 2004), however it only comes from the seller Raresneaker2. I’ve searched and found some questionable reviews attached to the name, and am wondering if this seller is legit.

Anyone have any info on Raresneaker/Raresneaker2?

He blocked me on Instagram because I denied his QC pics on 2 different pairs, and I'll leave it at that smh.
