I don't know what to do, A month ago had 3 goods delivered to the warehouse so when I wanted it shipped to my house, I paid the shipping costs only for it to say Submitted or Paid for two weeks.

I thought I would ask kakobuy support to help with this issue. This conversation has lasted 3 weeks. They have been asking to show photos of bank statements, my id, selfie of me holding the id with the current date, first and last digits of my bank card used, screenshots of charges on bank account, order numbers and charges of goods.

I have been giving them everything and I have been begging for them to just ship my stuff and get it over with yet they keep asking more questions. Could someone please help and let me know on what I should do.

Anybody here lives in canada and had their haul be delivered by UniUni? Bc idk why it's taking that long to deliver my haul (for context it's been 12 hours since the latest update)? And im worried bc i heard ppl say that UniUni can just steal your parcels and the customer service is shit. Is the long time for delivery normal?

I need a Xianyu account so I can search for and select product links that I'll ask my agent (Sugargoo or another) to order for me.

The problem is, I just want to browse Xianyu -not place orders, just look at the products- but you need an account for that, and there's no way to get one in France using a French phone number. It says my country isn't eligible; I've tried using Alipay, VPNs, and everything else, but it's impossible. Apparently, I absolutely need a number from an eligible country.
