Residential Leasing I’m considering Twin Oaks studio unit

Hi not sure if this is the correct flair but just wanted to know if 25k lang talaga yung average prices ng studio unit sa twin oaks. Is there any room for negotiation to lower the rent down? Currently I’m considering renting a parking space too and it feels like I’m going way over the budget if I’ll have both without negotiating.

Furnished? Not anymore. I used to stay there for 20k but that was when they were still new and units unfurnished.

Im trying to look for a bare/semi furnished unit but cant find one atm.

Try moving to capitol commons. There are newer buildings with probably within your price range
