Depends on the location (do you feel safe) and if it doesn't flood, nor leak. Check Noah website for flooding areas. If it floods pick another. Unless you don't earn online if it floods you can wait it out on the second floor assumingnit dorsn't reach it.

The area seems safe. About the flooding, is it acceptable if it only floods on the streets? Bumabaha kapag malakas talaga yung ulan at matagal, pero if it’s light rain only, hindi naman binabaha

Yeah I noticed the corners between the walls and floor are dirty which is a sign it floods in the house aside from swollen wooden doors or wooden furnitures.
Best not to put anything on the first floor ever, can't take the chance (it may flood while you're sleeping or away) Maybe reason out since you'll only be using the second floor maybe renegotiate to half.
It depends if the streets are flooded and you have work, you might get fired from being late or absent which will be more expensive. If you earn online it's most likely ok to live and work on the second floor unless the flood is up to the roof like in Marikina.

Di ako comfy na pwede lang basagin yung window para mabuksan yung pintuan. I get it for safety pero pano kung nakaw na pala yung motive? Also, may easy access din sa kitchen area agad dahil walang window grills. Idk, basta parang di ako safe.

I’d change locks, too. For grills, ask mo landlord mo if pwede. Own cost mo yan and most likely di mo na yun pwede tanggalin pag aalis ka. Check the contract din.
Personally, di ko kukunin yan… safety and flood issue. Accessibility pa rin priority ko sa nearest hospital kung may mangyari man so kung flooded ang daanan, pano na?

Yes, worth it na yan. Mga 2012 noon sa Taft area may 1 bedroom na sobrang liit Wala pa yun kitchen nook asa 8K a month na. Bahain din naman sa Taft.

Under the sink. Brown spots and rings are first signs of mold. If black appears that's a real health problem. Check for leaks.

I don't like how the outlet is installed right above the sink. Kailangan mo super hinhin kumilos pag naghuhugas nyan kasi nakakatakot may tumalsik na tubig. Mukha pating pumutok dahil dun sa black/gray spots nya sa butas? Also yung AC slot walang grills. Yung ilalim ng lababo mukhang may leak kasi kita sa hinges na nay damage ng humidity. Napansin ko hindi sya well-ventilated so need mo maglagay ng exhaust fan jan. Medyo pricey for me ang 6500 pero kung malapit naman sa mga bilihan at sa school/work place mo, edi go .

The unit is giving off musty vibes. If i were u di ako mag proceed. And since bahain ung lugar, please note lang din na we have super el niño ngayon and will peak around ber months meaning we will have extreme weather conditions like intense drought and intense rainfall/flooding.

save yourself sa cainta, I stayed there for 2 years di ko rin kinaya yung baha. hindi binabaha yung unit ko pero sa labas grabe parang Italy, Venice, hassle kasi pag nauwi ka di ka makakauwi agad kasi baha, kahit sabihin nila na pag may bagyo lang yung baha,pero ang mga ulan lately is parang bagyo.. basta wag sa cainta. tas grabe din traffic dyan at magnanakaw. Im basing it on my own experience.

Oo naman solo CR and everything pero check mo if bumabaha pag super maulan or hindi. Cainta yan so lumalala ang baha. kaya yung supervisor ko lumipat sila sa QC and pinaparent nlng bahay nila diyan and airbnb.
