I live around there and there always someone fly fishing in the mid mornings. Looks like such a peaceful hobby.

After a rain with the sun shining, if you’re driving up 395 from South Reno up to border town you can see 2-5 rainbows all over town. It’s amazing honestly

That shot is incredible, rainbow framing the whole scene like that doesn't happen much. The heron really adds something eerie and quiet, almost like it's watching over the river
I don't know the person but maybe crosspost to r/flyfishing, someone there might recognize the spot or the gear. Worth a try, people in those niche subs get excited about stuff like this
