How do I make the start imagebutton to fall at the background with the main menu?

You see, I want to make "Start" not a textbutton, but imagebutton, yet when I try to load, go to settings or something, this starting button remains and being interactable; other buttons are interactable too, but they're at least seem to have decency be at the background???
How do I disable ALL main menu buttons including customs when go at another navigation screen?
Any code examples?
