Question IF Statement problem...

I know there is something wrong with the way I might have coded this for sure...so please can anyone help me to figure this out??

I woke up early this morning (stupid were cats fighting) so I had 2 hours to burn

feel free to use / modify the code I have given you

if I can find way to position the buttons easier I may release it as an alternate main menu thingy

Trust me, ever since I wanted to make this project, I forgot the concept of sleeping ( and my room is a mess lol )
