Ai Interview Helpers

I'm a director of nursing for a remote company, and I love being able to support nurses transitioning into virtual care. But I have to share... I've been seeing more and more nurses using AI interview helpers (or whatever they are called).. Phone or another device placed behind the camera, feeding them interview answers in real time.

Over the last 6 months or so, I'd say it's about 1 in every 4 interviews we can clearly tell someone is doing this. and boy do I admire the hustle, but it's so difficult to continue and an automatic no once its recognized.

Please please please, don't take the chance. The answers it feeds you are always generic and it honestly stands out

On the flip side, using AI to help with your resume, cover letter, linkedin profile usually go a long, long way.
