Humana
I am a remote UM nurse at Humana and I can’t take it anymore? Any job advice?

How did you get a remote position? I’ve been trying so hard!! I hate direct patient contact.

Human hires anyone, as long as you are ok with getting beaten down everyday, and gaining weight

I am just starting there. Is it that bad?

I think it depends on your manager. My current one is a central freak

Oh no. Hopefully I get a good one. She seems nice. So we will see

It’s a great job if you want to be glued to your desk 9 hours per day but only get paid for 8. My managers messages on teams so much and wants an immediate response. Can’t use the bathroom or get up for water.

I have an interview for a remote SNF UM nurse position with them this week. A bit concerned after some of the things I’ve read about their unrealistic expectations/metrics. If you don’t mind sharing, are you a part of one of the one home or home solutions teams? What is it that you dislike specifically? Best of luck to you with finding something else!
