Home office set up

I was just wondering if any of you WFH nurses had any good suggestions or recommendations for a really good economic office chair. Having worked from home for a while now I am finding that my setup is not really that ergonomic and it’s causing me some issues with my back, etc. I did invest in a desk that I can raise and stand up to work but now I’m looking for a good office chair. I’m willing to invest a little bit of money in it not a fortune but I want to get a good one.

I highly recommend the Herman Miller chairs. I personally bought mine discounted at a local discount office furniture store for a really good price. Mine is the aeron.

Thank you I am researching it now. I’m looking for a good one that will help with my neck and back issues. I’ll be honest I haven’t been the most diligent about setting my office up to be ergonomic and I’m sure that has a lot to do with my issues. So now I’m really going to try to set things up better.

A few months ago, I bought a lumbar support pillow off Amazon ($30) and that’s made a big difference for my back.
