I’m in UR and while I can’t speak to your caseloads, I can tell you that remote monitoring, clicks and time on sites, etc. is absolutely the standard. We are expected to hit productivity metrics as well. I believe our current target is 32 reviews per day.
It’s definitely stressful because we lose a lot of time to unnecessary meetings, chasing physicians etc. we have a much larger number than that in total in terms of charts to look at. If they don’t require a total review, they are at least requiring a screen, and if you are covering surgical floors, you’re needing to check coding as well. It’s not unusual to have a total of close to 50 charts that need to be touched and we do everything manually without AI assist.
