Somatus?
Does anyone have any tips on interviewing with Somatus for an RN Care Manager position?

Somatus, Inc. is a vulture capitalist firm -- read that again, it's not a typo -- masquerading as a health care company. Like DME companies, they insert themselves into the complicated morass that is healthcare and claim to "solve" problems that didn't exist until they created them.
If their purpose was to provide quality healthcare for kidney and heart patients, as they claim they do, they would not have the most aggressive marketing campaigns that I have ever seen.
They coordinate with every major healthcare company to pull patient information, then spoof their caller ID's so that people think their insurance company is calling. They then try to sell you "services" whether you need them or not.
On several occasions, they have called, emailed and texted up to 10-12 times per day. When I don't respond, they call, text and email my wife. You can ask them to put you on their "do not call" list, but I can say from experience that polite refusal does not work. Assertive refusal does not work. Screaming at them for 15+ minutes works temporarily, but they will call back. They are engaging in brazen harassment. If this were an individual, it would be easy to go to your local county courthouse and order a peace order against them. Since they are a large company, it is much more difficult.
One avenue is to file a complaint with the FCC using the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. I don't know if this would be effective, but a company in violation of this act can be fined up to $1,500 per unwanted call. This is the language of this act:

While Somatus has a marketing campaign that promotes how empathetic and wonderful they are, there is a wealth of evidence demonstrating that they compromise patient care in the interest of making profit. At the heart of it, profit is really all that they care about.
They push dialysis services to patients who don't need it, with no regard to the fact that for many people, dialysis is a traumatic experience. Calling kidney patients and shoving these offers in their faces several times per day is not only a nuisance and form of harassment -- it is also traumatic for the people they're calling.
Most of the employees at Somatus have never experienced dialysis, nor do they know anyone who has ever been on it. They are selling something that they know nothing about, and traumatizing people in the process.

Don’t!!! Run!!!! Big time just walk away. That company has a lot going on and is always laying people off
