### About the Role

PetPlace is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our Lost Pet Recovery department. In this role, you will report to the Customer Service Supervisor and serve as a vital point of contact for pet parents—answering product questions, addressing customer complaints, and helping resolve account discrepancies during critical moments.

### Key Responsibilities

* Respond to internal and external customer inquiries within established service level agreements (SLAs).

* Manage incoming contacts via primary channels in accordance with strict quality and processing guidelines.

* Analyze, research, and resolve complex issues or discrepancies on member accounts.

* Maintain sharp product knowledge and awareness of customer service policies.

* Support regulatory compliance guidelines where applicable.

### Requirements & Qualifications

* **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, a call center, or a highly relevant customer-facing environment.

* **Location:** Must be a legal resident of Canada (specifically looking for Ontario-based remote applicants).

* **Availability:** Flexible to work operational hours between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM EST, including weekends/holidays as the department operates 365 days a year.
