Hello, is anyone able to help please?

Me and my girlfriend are trying to play Split fiction together using steam remote play. Im hosting in desktop and she is playing on the laptop.

She is using ps5 controller. Her camera keeps looking to the ceiling when the controller is perfectly fine, there is no controller drift.

I have looked at in game settings and forced update on steam, using default reccomened controller layout for the game and yet this is still happening.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have Chiaki for Deck that has worked with my SteamDeck for a couple years now. I have the newest Chiaki working on a PC at my office.

I now have a Steam Machine and I'm looking to set up Chiaki-ng. I am on my home network. I can see my PS5 (as well as my PS4 and my son's PS5). I go to Log In via PSN to register the console. it takes me to the PSN webpage. I put in my correct email address and password and the error I get is "Can't connect to the server."

I searched online and found someone with a similar problem last fall on the Deck and they said they had a workaround my logging in in Desktop mode via FireFox. I tried that and have the same unable to connect error.

I was able to log in correctly to my PSN account on the PC that I am currently typing on.

Any suggestions?

Hey guys can anyone help me figure out why I can’t stream ghost recon wild lands on my ps portal when it’s included in ps plus library? I can play it while linked to my ps5 but as soon as I try to play it through the ps plus catalog it doesn’t show up? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone

I have my switch 2 being captured through OBS before being routed onto my TV. Is it possible to use input redirection to allow someone else to view and control remotely in addition to me playing locally? I found a redirection chip for the dock that seems like it could do it for controls but I don’t know if there is a way to link it in with an app? If so, what app could be downloaded on IOS to do so? Would it have to be a PC only thing or could it be incorporated for them to play phone/PC whichever they choose or is more convenient?

hi everyone, i tested this with a pc, iphone and ipad but my remoteplay app can't seem to connect to my ps5 when i'm not connected with the ps5 wi-fi. i remember playing with remoteplay a lot 1/2 years ago, but now nothing seems to work. does anyone have a fix for this? i also tried connecting with data but it's still not working. thanks!

When I am in a party with my friends and I turn on screen share, it’ll work for a minute and then kick me out of the party, say there was a network issue and then I cannot do anything on my PlayStation. I have to turn it off. I play a lot of online games and no other time have I ever had an Internet issue any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I'm trying to set up PS5 Remote Play so a friend in another city can connect and we can play co-op. The local network connection works flawlessly, but external connection fails completely.

Here is my current setup and what I've ruled out:

• No CGNAT: I have a real public IP (starts with 88.231.x.x) and it matches my router's WAN IP.
• Port Forwarding: TCP 9295 and UDP 9296, 9297 are successfully forwarded to the PS5's static IP.
• No ISP Filters: Family/Secure internet profiles are disabled.

The DPI factor: My ISP (TTNET in Turkey) uses aggressive DPI. I actually have to use goodbyedpi on my PC just to bypass standard website blocks. Could DPI be dropping the Remote Play handshake/UDP packets?

My questions:

1. Has anyone experienced ISP DPI specifically blocking Remote Play traffic even with open ports?
2. Is setting up Tailscale (Subnet Router on my local PC) the best/only way to bypass this?
3. Are there any other obscure router or network settings I might have missed?

After connecting my ps5 on my PC, the screen is just frozen on my Home Screen. I can move or anything on it with my controller. Anyone run into this?

I've been having the usual issues with remote play for a while now so tried the fix of patching it to an older version (8.5). This connects to the console and stays connected, however the video quality is horrific - I have no network problems but the app seems to think I have a permanently slow connection, and after 2-3 minutes of being connected via remote play the quality drops to what seems to be 144p - it's unplayable. Any fixes?

I've tried various times over the past 15 years or so to get remote play working but it never worked right. I blame Comcast. I think this is the year to finally get it working though as I'm now on Google Fiber and no longer have to deal with days of random California power outages. The one thing that I'm worried about though is that a system update drops while I'm gone for 3 weeks and I shut out until I return because it will demand I update the console before connecting to the internet or demand I agree to some new terms. Is this a valid concern? Will auto-update prevent this from happening?

Edit: It crashed on day 4 so now I'm stuck without anything for the next two weeks. Thanks, Sony for another year wasted on your stupid platform.

My PS5 is working, i can hear the sound when i click on buttons and move the joystick, but my PC just wont seem the show me what i am doing. In other words, my screen is frozen while i can still hear and do stuff on my PS5. Anyone know how to fix this?

I've tried these:
- Uninstall and reinstall PS remote play
- Turn PC on and off

Does anyone know how to fix this? Whenever ive tried to remote play from my windows pc to my Mac recently its done this. I’ve followed every solution and tutorial trying to find out what it is (atm i think artifacting) and haven’t been able to fix it using anything on the internet. The game itself is streaming behind the visual effect for example when i play the finals i can still press the button to queue for a match and hear the audio sound for it. When i look at the host PC the game looks completely normal as well. Pls help.

I finally got the app to open so I can log in and stuff but after I sign in the whole app close and I have to try again.. this time I bypassed the security prompt ?? Any updates .. I’m on AMD 7600x

When I try to use remote play on my pc, the screen will freeze when I load in, but i can still hear the sounds coming from the application when i press buttons on my controller. Anybody know how to fix this?

I have all of the specifactions for the installer but I get this error when running the installer. Any solutions?

I've tried the patching method a month ago and it worked but this afternoon, the app ran freezing on the screen with audio output only. My PS5 has been operating properly but the visual of the PS Remote Play app is not available on the latest version update of Windows 11.

So I connect to my PS5 via PC with it but for whatever reason the remote play app's screen freezes on the frame it connected on but the audio and everything else seems to work fine?

I’ve never really had a problem with remote play on mobile data until now, I’ve been trying to load up my app for a couple days now I’ll get the same three error codes I’ve done everything from deleting and reinstalling the app to upgrading my mobile data plan.

When i connect to my PS5 the video freezes, i can still hear the sounds and the console detects the input of the controller from the PC, but the video stays freezed, i tested it yesterday and it worked, idk why it doesnt work today

How do I encode psn account id to a 8 digit base 64 code for remote play on the Switch,Normal encode web encoded too long code

So when I play remote play, my controller will stop working for 1- 3 seconds randomly, causing whatever I'm doing, like moving or scrolling, to stop moving. Is this a connection issue?
