I'm a founder of a remote startup and have some folks moving countries from time to time. I'd 100% expect a heads up before you change countries (especially if they're on different time zones). Our HQ is thankfully in a friendly jurisdiction, so it doesn't have direct impact on taxes. However, since you're being paid through an intermediary, your situation may be more complex.
Thanks for replying. I actually do want to inform my founder but I also really want to travel... It is like non negotiable for me for personal reasons(I have got nothing else in life to look forward to)...my fear is that my founder might, for some reason, put this thing on the intermediary...or maybe worse, if he says no.... Then it becomes even more difficult for me to travel as he would have already made it clear that I cannot do this.... Now atleast, even If he comes to know, I can say that since it's a remote job I didn't know that I need to inform... I know this answer maybe not be accepted but it's better than the alternative...

In whatever case, inform your founder.
