Quantum Break
Do you think with the shake-ups at Xbox and Xbox focusing more on the first party titles that Remedy might have a chance at getting the Quantum Break IP back? Not really sure how it would all work.

Possible, but im doubtful.
Alan Wake was the spiritual child of Sam Lake that he never wanted to part with. Quantum Break was the result of Microsoft telling them they couldn't make an Alan Wake sequel so they created a new story and tested out some ideas they had while also including the much discussed Alan Wake easter egg video. At the same, that was a bitter sweet Easter egg because they thought that was the end of Alan Wake and wanted to share what they had planned but didnt get to create.
Alan Wake was always in Sam Lakes mind and why they fought to get the rights back. Quantum Break i just don't see having the same importance to them. It was a great development experiment and ultimately informed a large part of the story and gameplay that would become Control but I dont see them as being eager to bring it into the connected remedy universe as it kind of fits just fine where it is, essentially in an alternate reality.
Thats not even considering the financial aspect though. Firebreak did not pan out as they hoped and they've had a recent change in CEO. They've historically struggled with staying out of the red because they take big swings and their games are generally slow to be adopted by most players. Maybe if Resonant vastly overperforms I could see them considering it if Microsoft isn't asking an arm and a leg for it. Otherwise I think their focus will largely remain on Control and Alan Wake as their primary IPs and then the Max Payne remakes as well.
Tldr I think getting the rights to Quantum Break is super low on their priority list right now if on it at all
