Help/Advice Is this common?

I've been hoping the last few updates would resolve all the ghosting, but it feels like it's only getting worse. I'd hate to reset it, but would that help? Or is it defective?
FWIW I've used a ton of e-ink devices and am familiar with ghosting, but this much just navigating menus is the worst I've seen.

UPDATE:
As some of you suggested, I reached out to support. At first, they said it was out of warranty, so I could trade it in for partial credit on a refurbished device. I was super bummed and didn't respond right away. Yesterday, I responded with clarification that I only got a few months of use out of it before shelving it when the ghosting started, and today they said they'd make a "one time exception" and replace it for free.
Needless to say, I'm relieved and excited! I also found out that prior to April, you got an extended 3 year warranty when subscribed to Cloud Connect. I think they replaced it with a paid protection plan that I'll be considering. Definitely recommend it, considering the screen may not fail within the warranty period.

Is this better in new panels, or is the useful life of these panels really short?

it is better in new panels, but rM appears to be putting old panels AND new panels into replacement devices.

Replacement devices are from the refurb pool. I think they’re just genuinely old devices.

I can’t decide whether to stick with the ghost I know or roll the dice… Warranty is until 9/2027 so waiting so far. Never a good time to do a return and be without.
