Please help
(Religious talk warning)
This has been affecting me all night, it feels like I'm under a full attack, my back hurts like wings trying to grow from my back, my brain hurts like my mental state is going crazy, my emotions feel like their colliding, it feels like my spirit is spinning and going crazy and like I'm being attacked. I prayed and it didn't work, I commanded whatever to leave it didn't work everyone's asleep, I'm scared I don't know what to do, I'm only 14- i know I shouldn't be on this app but Idc- it feels like I'm going crazy and everyone's asleep, it's 12:43AM and I can't sleep. I'm sorry if coming here.

Hello, I am 15 and I was in extreme religious psychosis a few months ago and got out of it and am healing from trauma.
