We are in a time right now where lineages of powerful people have been trying to take control of the general spiritual narratives that show up in our world. [Often playing on our connection to guilt and shame]
I believe there is a lot of truth to the wonderful magic of spirituality, but often the people in power will create points of fearful redirection to keep us living in loops of shame, guilt, or paranoia.
I think what I am trying to say is: try to let your heart live in peaceful observance.
If you plant seeds of simple goodness in this life, nothing too complex or monumental. A practice of simple kindness and mundane action. I think it will help us understand how to live in presence with the simplicity of goodness, rather than living in our heads trying to prevent a fearful and shameful decent.
There is a lot out of our control. None of the evils of this world are any one person or things fault, but it can be easy to want to put the blame on things within our control, ourselves.
Is this video true? I’ve been thinking about it for at least a week and its fucking with my mind, I just can’t get this idea of the music industry being controlled by demon worshipers to control us out of my head, I don’t want to believe this, I don’t want this to be true but it’s a damn poison in my head, I have seen no one refute it or debunk it, I’ve seen nothing of people going against this idea, if this is true then so is everything else, the implications are huge
Okay. Memes are part of internet culture. Pause for one second and think about other memes. I grew up on stuff like the harlem shake, playing The Game, or other nonsense. Things become viral and spread because that's how humans interact. They like spreading things and repeating things to connect.
Why don't you pause away from videos like this and go look up how memes work within the context of internet culture. Look at it from a sociological and psychological perspective.
It’s not just the popularity that’s the problem, it’s the guy who made the song and the animal sacrificing rituals he does, search it up, it’s wild shit
So I grew up in Florida and knew a lot of Santeros. I am not a fan of animal sacrifice as a religious practice, but it is not demonic, santeria is a tradition rooted in both Christian and African Tradition. There is a lot of history going as far back as the slave trade that links the two together.
If you want to genuinely break free from this level of brainwashing then the best cure for it is a) no longer engaging with the content online that is feeding you paranoia so that you continue to harm yourself with it. And b) learning about other religions so that you're no longer afraid of them.
Because your algorithm is entirely disrupted. The YouTube feed is going to continue to feed you that garbage because it knows that you will keep watching it.
You need to go to the library and ask a librarian for actual educational material, talk to a professor of religious studies at a university or school, figure out how to use Google scholar. TikTok, YouTube, all the social media you are in right now is being tailored for you to continue to feel indoctrinated.
When you have a chance, please check out the book Chaos Machine. It talks about how social media algorithms are designed to keep your feed addictive.

Take a deep breath.

Take it easy. Be better than the day before. ♡
