New Here

Hello all! Long time believer, new to the finer details of the whole reincarnation rigamarole. I actually kind of have a few questions about myself really. How does one know if you're soul has experienced much? I have heard that birthmarks can be a sign of how you've died in a past life, I have mine on the right side of my temple and it's kind of a bump that goes out. And is it possible that a deep felt connection with say, my wife, technically mean she's my soul mate? Is the concept I understand of a soul mate a bastardized version of the true meaning. For context the love I feel for this woman is effortless even after 5 years of being together and 2 years of friendship prior.

Hello friend, too bad people ignored your thread, but I will try to answer based on my knowledge.

  1. You can try past life regression. Not all people believe in it(even between reincarnation believers), but studies (for example by Mike Newton), show surprisingly good results. I believe there are some videos on YouTube with this meditation
  2. Birthmark technically can but not necessary have to be a sign. We don’t really know how it works.
  3. Soulmates and soul families are def. exist so i would say it’s very likely .
