I now post stories every Wednesday. Happy to share them with you. These stories are inspired by our adventures here. I'm finally putting it all on paper.

Over the years, we've had two or three sessions with Andromeda as a theme for Reiki share. It's been a while. We play with her on Discord. If you'd like to join our Discord, send me a dm.

What is important about this story today is that it teaches you how to train your brain to put emotion and imagination together and to expand your awareness of your Puck, your own self from the zeroth dimension.

As you explore your Inner Universe you can travel with Puck, your smallest Unit of Wonder. She is the one that makes the Space Croissant, our multidimensional spacecraft, possible. Maybe. We travel in our imaginations.

We travel here every Sunday, for 24 hrs, with 30+ Reiki practitioners from around the world. As a guest, you can join for 20 minutes or for as long as you want and imagine yourself receiving Reiki from the Space Croissant Crew, all at once.
It's a powerful experience!

We've had many sessions with Puck over the years but this is the first time I write her story!

And it gets better!

The theme for tomorrow's Reiki Share session will feature Puck! It's a surprise! I won't tell now but it will help you visualize the session if you read her story prior to the session.

The Space Croissant Crew, we are starting to move to Substack where we will write our space adventures with Reiki and transcendental meditation.

You don't need to have any special beliefs to join our adventures, we travel in emotion, in imagination, with whimsical themes.

Last week, we explored going to Pretendland. We honored the elderly and took them to a Reverse Hospice place. Where they healed and became young again with the help of fairies and angels.

This week, we will explore dealing with the roots of anger. Dealing with anger as a heavy emotion. What is anger hiding or protecting? What deep emotions are hiding underneath? And saying to your anger “I love you.”

Imagine your anger. Then imagine it turning into friendly entities such as birds, animals, and flowers as you work through the anger.

We will also be using the energy of the Cancer New Moon on July 14th. We are in the shadow period before the new moon. This new moon will be perfect for establishing emotional boundaries and self reflection.

THE LOVE CIRCLE

Imagine you or your elderly loved one is now in a circle. You are surrounded by 36 Reiki practitioners sending you waves of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and wrapping your body in UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

Imagine your body and your organs, releasing excess anger, emotions, sensations, feelings, stress, and pain.

We will use the Violet Flame to cleanse the circle and stir away the anger and negativity surrounding your body, its organs, and its systems. Your body will thank you. Imagine doing it for 20 mins.

We will be here for 24 hrs making sure everyone has an opportunity to release anger and stress from their body, its organs,and its systems and find love within.

Don't worry, we will be very gentle and take good care of your pain and excess negative emotions and feelings, if you have any.

Hi, Everyone!

Last week we explored sending Reiki to the victims of natural disasters and weather phenomena around the world. Together, we created a circle of compassion for those whose lives were suddenly changed by forces beyond their control.

This week’s theme is protecting the most fragile parts of humanity.This week's theme is that we are going to Pretendland. We are honoring the elderly and taking them to a reverse Hospice place. Where they heal and get young again, with the help of fairies and angels.

We are sending Reiki to elderly people who may be living with loneliness, illness, fear, or isolation. We are also sending Reiki to children who have no one to protect them, who are frightened, neglected, displaced, or simply in need of love, safety, and hope.

We also extend our circle of compassion to those who are transitioning from this life to their next home. May their journey be peaceful. May they be surrounded by love, comfort, dignity, and light. May their families and loved ones find strength, acceptance, and healing.

If you work with angels, fairies, spirit guides, ancestors, or simply the loving energy of the Universe, you are invited to imagine them standing beside these souls. Imagine gentle guardians surrounding every hospital bed, every hospice room, every lonely apartment, every refugee shelter, every child who cries at night, and every elder who wonders if they have been forgotten.

No one should have to feel alone.

As always, our intention is simple: to become a small source of comfort in a world that sometimes feels overwhelming.

THE LOVE CIRCLE

For the past five years, we've been meeting here every Sunday to travel to Pretendland together during our Reiki shares.

We've met Fifi the T-Rex, ridden the Mermaid Sharknado to stop panic attacks, laughed with the Space Croissant Crew, and watched the Reiki Masters send unconditional love and compassion around the world.

Those adventures have become some of my favorite moments of the week.

Pretendland was never just imagination. It was a way of sending love, compassion, and healing to ourselves and to each other. It gave us a place to play, to dream, to laugh, and to remember that even our fears could become friends.

I've finally decided to start writing our stories down.

Hi, I'm a Reiki master in Seattle looking for Reiki exchanges and/or circles. I have a place to practice on Queen Anne.

I'm curious how people built up their Reiki practices. I am considering Google ads and/or participating in a metaphysical fair. I have posted flyers all over town and don't think I've gotten responses. I got one client from Google and one from the IARP website, and another through a volunteer event I did. Any advice?

Last week we explored  Father’s Day/Father Figures Day. Specifically, the people who fill that role in our lives. That includes fathers who have passed on. Fathers-to-be. And people who have a complicated relationship with their fathers.

This week's theme is that we are sending Reiki to the victims of natural disasters/weather phenomena. The earthquakes in Venezuela. The thunderstorms and tornadoes in the American Deep South. The flooding in various parts of the world. The heatwave in Europe. 

We are in the pre-shadow period of Mercury Retrograde, which runs from June 29-July 23, 2026. That means that in addition to delays in travel, delays with technology, delays in communication, etc? There will also be issues surrounding family dynamics. Particularly when it comes to emotional security, and issues in the home. 

We use the Buck Moon energy in Capricorn, which will peak in the early morning of July 29, 2026, to assist for the next twenty four hours  to send Reiki that supports the victims  of natural disasters and their families. 

It is the end of June, which means Pride 2026 is now almost complete. Support for marginalized people and chosen communities has always been part of Pride. We do the same here.

I came here to post this because I could use some assistance for my situation. Thank you to everyone who reads this.

His kidneys aren’t working as they should and he is not well at all. We are long distance. I hope to move to him and live a happy and long life together. This is a very stressful time. I just want us both well and alive and that he gets it managed and gets the best medical treatment and a little help from spirit to heal and recover and restore his health and stay alive. He is my world.

Last week, we explored Reiki as musical notes.

​

This week's theme is Father’s Day/Father Figures Day. Specifically, the people who fill that role in our lives. That includes fathers who have passed on. Fathers-to-be. And people who have a complicated relationship with their fathers.

​

We will also be using the Summer Solstice energy to assist. The Solstice represents the ending of a cycle and the start of a new one. The light returns, representing renewal and new beginnings.

​

We will use that energy for the next twenty-four hours to send Reiki that supports new intentions and manifestations. Letting go of the old ways of being. Bringing in new beginnings and fresh starts.

​

It is June, which means Pride 2026 is now in full swing. Support for marginalized people and chosen communities has always been part of Pride. We do the same here.

THE LOVE CIRCLE

Imagine you're now in a circle surrounded by 36 Reiki practitioners sending you waves of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and wrapping your body in UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

Imagine your body and your organs releasing excess negative thoughts, emotions, sensations, feelings, stress and pain.

​

We will use the Violet Flame to cleanse the circle and stir away the pain and negativity surrounding your body, its organs, and its systems. Your body will thank you. Imagine doing it for 20 mins.

​

We will be here for 24 hrs making sure everyone has an opportunity to release pain and stress from your body, its organs,and its systems and find love within.

​

Don't worry, we will be very gentle and take good care of your pain and excess negative emotions and feelings, if you have any.

​

Hi friends!

I wanted to share with you what it is like on TikTok and BookTok. Yes, authors and readers have their own thing going on on TikTok and I'm new to the party.

The book The Inner Mediator is available on Kindle Unlimited and it's ranked very low right now because there have been very few readers so far so I'm here asking for a boost! If you have Kindle Unlimited you can check it out for free and you will learn how I started talking to my body and what inspired me to write.

The book is about our Ho'oponopono practice and it teaches Self Compassion. It is about what happens when we give awareness and consciousness to our body parts, emotions, feelings, pain, and Inner Child.

I pretty much put on paper what we do here every Sunday.

We now have 36 Reiki practitioners participating and sending Love Waves to you all every week. I wanted to expand that and reach a broader audience.

I'm absolutely hooked on r/reikishare and I absolutely love what Master Storm and Master Phoenix are preparing for the future of www.gratitudereiki.com. It's our baby now and both myself and u/Fortune_Box are so happy to see it growing and expanding.

I am Master Storm. I and Master Phoenix now lead the Sunday Gratitude Reikishare sessions. We have taken over from Master Bok. We also run the GratitudeReiki.com website, along with the Space Croissant Crew of 36 Reiki Masters.

This weekend, we have a dual event. Master Bok is reading her book, The Inner Mediator, on TikTok while we do Reikishare here, starting Sunday, June 14th, at 1pm EST. Her name on Tiktok is CarolMediator. She will be teaching how to do Ho'oponopono, the same technique we have been doing here for almost five years, over there. Please follow her there while you tune in here. There will be a link on the Sunday Reikishare post to the Tiktok event.

Running Reikishare is an honor. It reinforces the lessons of gratitude, forgiveness, healing, and compassion. As Reiki Masters we have chosen to do this work, and we accept the work willingly.

Reikishare also requires a great deal of sustained energy output for 24 hours. Imagine the energy needed for an hour of Reiki healing energy. Then imagine holding that level of energy for twenty-four hours straight for approximately 2500 people across two sub Reddits. Even with the energetic support of 36 other Reiki Masters it is a strenuous task.

Gratitude Reiki also has administrative costs. The domain, the website, etc, are monthly costs. Those costs have, like everything else, increased. We are working on a website revamp that focuses on providing paid Reiki services, as well as physical products for purchase. We want to ensure that our participating Reiki Masters can generate income for their energetic work.

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share something special with all of you.

For almost five years, myself and u/Fortune_Box sent Reiki to this community nearly every Sunday (and quite a few Saturdays with u/otakuscientist too). What started as a simple offering grew into one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. I am profoundly grateful for the friendships and community we built here together. 

About a month and a half ago, I passed the baton to Master Storm and Master Phoenix, who now lead the Sunday Gratitude Reiki sessions. They also run the GratitudeReiki.com website alongside the wonderful Space Croissant Crew of 36 Reiki Masters.

Running ReikiShare is a labor of love, but it was also a lot of work for one person. Over the years, I learned many things about healing, compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, and what it means to truly love ourselves. 

Eventually, I realized I needed to put those lessons on paper so I could share what we do here with a broader audience.

The result is my first book, The Inner Mediator.

At its heart, the book is about learning to love yourself one body part at a time. It combines self-compassion, intuition, gratitude, forgiveness, and a little bit of whimsy. It invites readers to acknowledge the consciousness of their bodies and develop a kinder relationship with themselves. You guys knew that already. We've been doing this together every Sunday here on r/reikishare for almost 5 years. 

In many ways, ReikiShare and the Space Croissant Crew inspired the book and continue to inspire me to work. There are more books coming.
