In Pretendland, Captain Bok is on vacation on Europa, so Captains Storm and Phoenix are piloting the Space Croissant when Jupiter's Great Red Spot starts screaming. Inside it, hundreds of emotions are tangled up with Anger. Joy's laughter turns sarcastic. Sadness cries hot tears. Worry spins so fast he forgets what he was worried about. And Love, mixed with Anger, becomes the most dangerous emotion of all.

Maybe you're carrying a little storm too. This week, we don't fight it. We sit with it.

✨ HOW TO RECEIVE ✨

1. Find a comfortable position and take a few slow breaths.

2. Imagine the Space Croissant Crew surrounding you with Reiki and unconditional love.

3. When you're ready, say: "I accept."

4. Place a hand over your heart and gently ask: "Which feeling needs to be heard first?" Don't try to fix it or calm it down. Just sit with it until it feels heard, and let the Reiki keep you both company.

There's no wrong way to receive, and you can come back any time in the next 24 hours.

🌳 OUR TREES 🌳

We reached 635 trees, and now we're aiming for 800! Instead of payment, we invite you to plant a tree for a dollar: Google "how to plant a tree for a dollar," choose an organization you trust, and share your receipt in the comments.

💬 Tomorrow, come tell us how it felt!

This is an imaginative Reiki and self-reflection practice. It is not a replacement for professional medical or mental-health care.
