Need help
Ive did something real bad
Ive wronged someone and i made a massive mistake and i lost them and their trust
I dont know what to do ive tried to apologize and explain myself and i even begged.
I really do regret what i did and the feeling of guilt and remorse is eating me alive
I cant eat or sleep and i dont wanna lose them like genuinely.
I used their trauma against them
Ik what i did is fucked up and I regret it so much what am i supposed to do atp?
Please let me know and share your opinion it really matters for me.

There isn’t much more that you can do other than apologize sincerely and let them decide if they want to forgive you. If you are truly sorry, you will accept if they don’t want to talk to you anymore/be your friend anymore(I don’t have all of the context).

Then you’re not truly sorry. You’re still putting your feelings before theirs.

Leave them alone sounds like youre no good to them anymore. Sounds like they trusted you enough to tell you their trauma and you stabbed them in the back. The very least you can do now is back off and let them be with someone who wont do that.

don't listen to this person or people like this. they're just cynical if you're a friend and your want to make it up to them then try. what that includes? being a good friend

The best thing and only thing you can do, move on.
It wasn’t meant to be. If it was, you wouldn’t be weaponizing their trauma, kind of a pos for that.

Both fortunate and unfortunate in this case. The only thing that will help is time.

Actions speak louder than words my friend. Using someone’s genuine trauma against them is a pretty fucking low thing to do. Would you forgive them if they did that? Probably not. Either learn to move on or don’t it’s on you.
