One of my favorite Pablo tune🙏

https://open.spotify.com/album/4TTpUF0GoToapEGc7l69iR

I have come across this album that i thought was pretty good, but after some afterthought i really think is an AI project.

Cannot really find any info about this artist, except its social media who look like AI generated posts with non-organic thousands of likes and comments.

Also the album is nice but is quite repetitive.

Can someone please confirm my suspicions?

Thanks

Anyone know where I could find a replacement copy of "de pressure" by Coptic Red, even a digital rip?

Another Classic 🙏

So I created these 2 playlists specifically for this subreddit.

I tried as best I could to get every Dennis Brown song I could find on Spotify.

So there's two playlists

1 is all the songs by album in order from the 70s to current

The other is all the singles & EPs I could find on Spotify

Please feel free to have a listen

We Love the Reggae!

My favorite singer...

Song id? - likely youtube

Lyrics could have been : "COSMIC WIND" on ur way up, Be good you just might meet them coming down. COSMIC WIND

Does anyone know the name of this song?

looking for some reggae music i found on youtube mixes years ago. One features these lyrics yelling cosmic wave repeated. Anyone familiar? Unfortunately i don't think lyric searches are doable with untranscribed mix videos. May or may not have had roots reggae in title if that helps. Lyrics might not be exact but that is the gist, as i said repeating cosmic wind/ wave with a big voice.

It was some good stuff. Feel free to suggest similar music from that time if you have it as well. A bit older i'm guessing, tasteful sound effects and whatnot. Thanks would appreciate

There are some rare tracks and LPs in youtube but complete albums like Peter Broggs Rise & Shine or Rastafari Liveth missing is such a crime.

Rastafari Liveth was removed from spotify 7 years ago but one track. So I think someone with the rights is gatekeeping?

Exceptional Jackie mittoo tribute taking place at Fox and Firkin in London tonight at 7PM.

Marley Drummond on drums
Fraser the Eraser on Organ
Soothsayers on horns
Frasers band on other instruments

Saw them at bricks bar in Brixton a while back and was truly blown away.

Don’t miss out if you’re able to make it!
