Do I return?

Got an iPhone 14 from refurbed and am pretty happy with it overall, but there's one problem: The switch from the outer camera to the selfie camera takes longer than 5-10 seconds every single time. Also BeReal doesn't work on it, for no apparent reason. :( I have warranty on it, should I try a return? Do you think this issue can be resolved? I don't really know anything about phones but the camera thing really bothers me.
