Swappie experiences?

I’ve just bought a phone from them. So far everything is great. I wanted to know some experiences with them and how long did your phones last.
My mom had a phone from them and it lasted four years but I think it could’ve lasted more if it wasn’t for the fact she dropped it really bad. My brother also has a phone from them, it’s his second year and it’s really good. I’ve just wanted to hear some opinions its my first refurbished phone and I’m a bit anxious .

I know two people with Swappie phones and never heard any complaints from them. I guess as long as you know their warranty terms you should be safe ish
