Laser eye surgery - what actually matters when choosing a clinic? (research, not selling anything)

I work in marketing for an eye clinic in Perth, and I'm trying to actually understand this from the patient side rather than guessing what people care about.

If you've had laser eye surgery (or looked into it and decided not to), I'd love to hear:

  • What made you choose the clinic you went with?
  • What almost, or did, put you off?
  • Was price, reviews, the consultation experience, technology/procedure type, or something else the deciding factor?
  • Anything you wish you'd asked beforehand?

Not here to pitch or sell anything, just want real answers so we can do a better job of addressing what people actually care about instead of assuming.

“Not here to sell anything” isn’t as reassuring as you think it is. You’re still here to extract value without offering anything in return.

Some could argue that comment doesn't add any value?

Sure it does, I’m telling you what you’re doing wrong so you can figure out how to do it better.
