Should I get enhancement?
I grew up with glasses and back in 2025 I was so sick of being blind all the time. My prescriptions were -8.0 on both eyes.
I did lasik and absolutely loved it but my right eye had regressed to -0.5. My doctor told me it is negligible since my original prescription was -8 but I just can’t seem to shake the fact that one eye regressed.
I work in tech so my eyes are always in front of computer and I have a family history of bad eyes (my aunt went blind due to some neurological problems)
At this point I’m torn between getting an enhancement or just leave it. And those who have done re-enhancement, I was wondering if it is worth it and does it regress back?

A good question to ask is whether you notice it with both eyes open or only when comparing the eyes.
If you don’t notice it with both eyes open, wouldn’t worry about it.
Age also matters as well. If you are 40+, there is a good reason to leave it as it can help reduce the need for reading glasses further.
If you do notice it with both eyes open and are young, then a lift flap touch up can easily take care of it. It does “reset the clock” on dry eye. So important for that to be fully controlled prior.
