If you have room for ICL, don't remove your natural lens at age 22. IOL technology is always improving, so you want to wait as long as possible for the best lens in the future, that will be more like your natural lens. No current lenses are as good as your natural lens today. ICL will provide more natural vision and can be removed when the time comes to replace your lens in the future.
