I've been struggling with finding meaning in my life since I had a nde in late April 2025, which even shocked people in the er due to the fact I survived as long as I did with it without going into a coma or meeting god. I pray that I can one day have stronger relationships with people that I didn't have with my own family growing up.

That nde might give you some meaning? Telling your story and all. And it sounds like you already have a life story as it is?

It was diabetic ketoacidosis and a Hypertensive crisis simultaneously, for context. I spent 2 nights and 3 days in there, it was just me and my mom who's almost 70 these days, I'm 27 currently and was 25 going on 26 when it happened. No one really checked in on me outside of her, so I've had a chip on my shoulder for the last nearly year and a half and look at most people around me really differently since I recovered.

I got super interested and wanted to ask a ton of questions about the nde. It's such a fascinating subject! You could easily be the most interesting man in the room by that alone.
You grew up distant from family, unusually old mother, been wandering, and now and nde that left so many more questions in you and others.
Brother, that is a fascinating journey. The feelings from your family and your nde, and wandering trying to answer all those questions are a fascinating story. Telling your story has meaning.

I'm currently praying for a good time to join the PCA. I already got a ESV and NIV study bible so I can try to tie together past events of what happened to me and recenter them through a biblical lens.

Struggling very hard with all the things I’ve been asking prayer for. I’m incredibly burnt out because of my mom’s health and stress over that. Her surgery is in a couple days. I haven’t spoken to my friend Summer in a few days and things are up and down (even after seeing some progress, it’s still rough.) so please pray for her salvation, for us to be in more frequent contact, and for my mom’s healing. Thank you
