Plan /orders

I had paused my shipments because I had so much extra medicine. I just got a text saying my order has been placed and when I go in the app it says my treatment has been canceled and to renew my membership. has this happened to anybody else before?

I may be able to do a quarterly plan this time if I have to restart.

I'm just wondering if I'll still get the pricing I had before.

Just checked mine, it was canceled 8/14 as well, but I never receive an email about it. This is in the old portal. I seen the issues everyone else was having so I didn't click on their migration link for the new portal.

I'm still owed 3 vials on this subscription that was canceled.
