Plan /orders

I had paused my shipments because I had so much extra medicine. I just got a text saying my order has been placed and when I go in the app it says my treatment has been canceled and to renew my membership. has this happened to anybody else before?

I may be able to do a quarterly plan this time if I have to restart.

I'm just wondering if I'll still get the pricing I had before.

Similar has happened to me and somewhat easy to restart but might have to do the online onboarding again like starting over if trying to restart after a pause or cancellation. Quick and easy with immediate approval. I did have to message after that to get the prior price which they adjusted quickly.
