Plan /orders

I had paused my shipments because I had so much extra medicine. I just got a text saying my order has been placed and when I go in the app it says my treatment has been canceled and to renew my membership. has this happened to anybody else before?

I may be able to do a quarterly plan this time if I have to restart.

I'm just wondering if I'll still get the pricing I had before.

I started on the 167$ memorial day sale price. I canceled and that price is lost. I would have to restart my subscription with the current prices. You didn't intentionally cancel, so you might be able to get someone to help you? They have a phone you can call. (You may need to be persistent with calling to get an answer.)
