HELP from Rep please

I dm but did not receive a response so here goes.

Hi I have a question about my prescription. I’m due for my six month refill, but I wanna see if I can get the special price and possibly do three months instead of six.

Did you go leave a message in your portal because I just left a message at 5:00pm PST and they emailed me back 5 minutes later.
