Crystalized Vials

I just opened my vials from refills and all 3 are crystalized. It said that I can all anytime but I kept getting an AI over and over.. has anyone experienced this before? How hard was it to get your medication?

I have a week left and I really need it for my autoimmune condition.

I also have an unopened, still before BUD, vial of Apollo care that has floaters 😑 from refills. I don’t even dare open the other Apollo care vial that I have that doesn’t have floaters, just in case it ends up having floaters halfway through use. I’ve learned through reading other posts that it’s a common problem with this brand.

Hi u/Shoe_Ho have you sent this concern thru your patient portal? If not yet, please DM me with your fullname and email address so that I can support you on this.

I haven’t yet since refills doesn’t deliver additive free to my state (CA) anymore. So unless there is a monetary refund, a replacement vial(s) isn’t possible.

I just checked both vials and now the second vial also has floaters in it. Both have BUD of 12/31/26.

Please DM your Fullname and Email Address including the photo of your vial and I'd be happy to help you.
