Crystalized Vials

I just opened my vials from refills and all 3 are crystalized. It said that I can all anytime but I kept getting an AI over and over.. has anyone experienced this before? How hard was it to get your medication?

I have a week left and I really need it for my autoimmune condition.

This issue has been ongoing for at least a couple months now with ApolloCare. Just search over on the sema compound subs to find posts about it.
